Since the BWD Board decided that they did not want ad hoc committee meetings to be constrained by any semblance of structure or organization lest the many, sudden, spontaneous, and inspired insights that they routinely produce be somehow suppressed thereby, here are provided unapologetically irreverent, unofficial, and definitely unauthorized summaries of the ad hoc meetings dealing with groundwater management as a public service.  Summaries of ad hoc meetings will be posted as they occur.  Watch for updates.
